About the Program
General Information:
Pickleball Round Robin Social Tournament on taped out courts in the streets of Webster Groves! Teams will register to play as Social/Recreational (2.5-3.0 levels) or Intermediate (3.0-4.0 levels). Schedule will be determined based on registrations and emailed the week prior to the event. Rotating play time for all players will be approx. 9:00am-Noon.

The Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation
Fees are:
$50 per player ($100 per team)
$30 for Learn to Play (45 min group session with certified pickleball instructor to learn basics of the game!)
$20 per non-player (adults 15 and older)
$15 per non-player (youth under 15)
Registration includes: T-shirt for all registered attendees*, prizes for pickleball winners, refreshments and entertainment for all!
*NOTE: Registrations received after 7/20 will receive a T-shirt based on availability the day of the event.

Tournament Format:
Social Round Robin Format. Teams will play a in a round robin format with other teams in their bracket. Games to 11 (win by 2). Winners will be determined by cumulative games won within their bracket.
There will be 2 groups: recreational (2.5-3.0) and intermediate (3.0-4.0 levels). Teams switch sides of the court during the game when one team reaches 6 points.

Registration information:
Registration deadline is July 20th. Only participants that are registered before then will receive the event T-Shirt.
In the event of a weather postponement, event will be scheduled for Saturday, August 20th. All Proceeds to to benefit Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation.
